Description For Senior Technical Account Manager, Google Cloud Consulting

Google Cloud is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to play a crucial role in helping customers successfully adopt Google Cloud products. This position combines technical expertise with strategic customer relationship management, requiring 8 years of experience in customer-facing roles and deep knowledge of cloud operations.

The role involves leading implementation journeys, providing technical guidance, and managing complex cloud transformation projects. You'll work directly with enterprise leadership and cross-functional teams across different geographical locations, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who excels at both technical problem-solving and stakeholder management.

As a TAM, you'll be responsible for developing strategic roadmaps, conducting quarterly business reviews, and ensuring successful cloud adoption. You'll need to effectively manage multiple work streams while maintaining customer momentum and advocating for customer needs to drive product development.
