Responsibilities For Senior Technical Program Manager, New Technology Introduction
- Lead a New Technology Introduction (NTI) process, ensuring the execution of critically enabling manufacturing, test, and other key technologies in advance of our New Product Introduction (NPI) development roadmaps
- Work with functional stakeholders to refine and document NTI process flows, policies, roles, and responsibilities per the requirements of our business
- Lead critical Test Vehicle builds to validate Design of Experiments (DOEs) for novel manufacturing/test process parameter development
Requirements For Senior Technical Program Manager, New Technology Introduction
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- 8 years of experience in program management
- Experience in a supply chain operations organization
- Experience leading a New Technology Introduction process and project, or similar equivalent experience
