Responsibilities For Silicon Architect, Simulation Tools, Silicon

  • Analyze and evaluate architectural design choices for next-generation SoCs
  • Develop the simulation solutions to support early software development and architecture exploration for next-generation SoC
  • Collaborate closely with hardware teams and software teams (application, framework, firmware) to deliver architectural decisions from concept to production
  • Communicate and coordinate with key stakeholders across the organization to share priorities, road map, and key learnings

Requirements For Silicon Architect, Simulation Tools, Silicon

Python
Linux
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications/Electrical Engineering, Computer science, or equivalent practical experience
  • 3 years of experience in IP modeling
  • Experience in C/C++/python and embedded systems
  • Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field (preferred)
  • Experience in full virtualization platform development (preferred)
  • Experience in Advanced RISC Machine (ARM) architecture (preferred)
  • Knowledge of DVFS control, thermal framework, power state control, power management ICs (preferred)
  • Knowledge in QoS tuning, bandwidth and latency analysis, scheduler, DVFS governor, idle governor control, thermal management, device driver (preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills (preferred)
