Responsibilities For Silicon Design Engineer, PhD, University Graduate
- Drive and develop innovative solutions in digital and physical silicon design, encompassing areas such as microarchitecture, circuit design, and physical implementation
- Develop and implement advanced modeling and simulation techniques to analyze and optimize system performance, power consumption, and thermal characteristics
- Participate in the design, verification, and validation of complex silicon systems, including RTL coding, functional verification, synthesis, and physical design
- Contribute to the development of design methodologies and automation flows that improve efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research findings into practical silicon solutions
Requirements For Silicon Design Engineer, PhD, University Graduate
- PhD degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in digital or physical silicon design, demonstrated through internships, academic research, and publications
- Experience in any one hardware description language (e.g., Verilog, SystemVerilog) and one scripting language (e.g., Python, Perl)
