Description For Silicon Physical Design CAD Engineer

Google is seeking a Silicon Physical Design CAD Engineer to join their hardware team that develops custom silicon solutions for Google's direct-to-consumer products. Responsibilities For Silicon Physical Design CAD Engineer

  • Work with the silicon design teams to develop new flows, tools and automation features
  • Develop dashboard system to track and audit design QoR metrics
  • Develop continuous integration and continuous delivery (CICD) regression system to ensure flow quality
  • Exhibit experience in co-working with project teams to foster efficient flow execution and the development and maintenance of automation environments
  • Provide flow usage and execution support with documentation, training and troubleshooting

Requirements For Silicon Physical Design CAD Engineer

Python
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 3 years of experience with scripting languages such as Perl, TCL, Shell, or Python
