Description For Software Engineer (For Women in Tech Candidates)

Google is seeking software engineers to develop next-generation technologies that will change how billions of users connect, explore, and interact with information and one another. The ideal candidate will bring fresh ideas from various areas, including information retrieval, distributed computing, large-scale system design, networking, data storage, security, artificial intelligence, natural language processing, UI design, and mobile development.

As a software engineer at Google, you will work on critical projects with opportunities to switch teams and projects as you and the fast-paced business grow. Google needs versatile engineers who can display leadership qualities and enthusiastically tackle new problems across the full-stack.

This position is specifically for women in tech candidates, as Google is committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce. The role offers the opportunity to work in either Belo Horizonte or São Paulo, Brazil.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 5 years of software development experience
  • 3 years of experience with product development
  • 1 year of experience in software design and architecture

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field

Responsibilities:
