Google's Raxium division is seeking a Software Engineer III to join their innovative display technology team. This role combines software development with semiconductor manufacturing, focusing on supporting and maintaining critical manufacturing execution systems. The position offers an opportunity to work with cutting-edge display technology aimed at revolutionizing augmented reality (AR) and light-field display applications.

Responsibilities For Software Engineer III, Raxium

  • Support and troubleshoot MES (Manufacturing Execution System), SPC (Statistical Process Control), Equipment data collection, Engineering software applications and third party software applications
  • Write SQL queries for supporting adhoc requests
  • Support the testing of software applications before releasing to production environment
  • Setup and support build and release management activities
  • Work on multiple overlapping projects at the same time and work separately with minimal supervision

Requirements For Software Engineer III, Raxium

Python
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 2 years of experience with software development in C#, Python, SQL Server database, Oracle database; or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree
  • 2 years of experience testing, and launching software products
  • 2 years of experience with data structures or algorithms
