This role is for a Software Engineer in the Payroll Systems team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software and payroll systems' infrastructure. You'll work closely with analysts and business process owners to translate business requirements into technical solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience in Java, TypeScript, or Angular, and a strong background in data structures and algorithms. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to critical projects and solve complex engineering problems in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Responsibilities For Software Engineer, Payroll Systems

  • Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software and payroll systems' infrastructure
  • Maintain highest levels of development practices, including technical design, solution development, systems configuration, test documentation/execution, issue identification and resolution, writing clean, modular and self-sustaining code, with repeatable quality and predictability
  • Work closely with analysts and business process owners to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Contribute to engineering efforts from planning and organization to execution and delivery to solve complex engineering problems

Requirements For Software Engineer, Payroll Systems

Java
TypeScript
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree
  • 2 years of experience with data structures or algorithms
  • Experience in Java, Typescript or Angular
