Google Cloud is seeking a Solutions Architect specializing in Financial Services to join their team. This role combines technical expertise in cloud infrastructure with deep knowledge of the financial services industry. As a Solutions Architect, you'll be instrumental in helping customers implement best practices for migration and modernization of their application infrastructure.

You'll be part of the Solution Engineering organization, where you'll leverage your expertise in IT infrastructure and software engineering to plan and execute multiple projects.

Key responsibilities include developing technical assets, shaping solution direction, and facilitating technical discussions with customers and partners. You'll work with Google Cloud services like VertexAI, BigQuery, BigTable, Spanner, Dataflow, and Google Kubernetes Engine within a financial services context. The role requires strong communication skills as you'll be creating and delivering best practice recommendations, tutorials, blog posts, and presentations.

The position offers a competitive compensation package with a base salary range of $147,000-$216,000, plus bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits. You'll have the opportunity to work from major tech hubs including New York, Chicago, or Sunnyvale, contributing to Google Cloud's mission of accelerating digital transformation across industries.
