Google Cloud is seeking a Solutions Architect specializing in Financial Services to join their team. This role combines technical expertise in cloud computing with deep knowledge of the financial services industry. The position offers a competitive base salary range of $147,000-$216,000 plus bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits.

As a Solutions Architect, you'll be instrumental in helping financial services customers implement best practices for cloud migration and application modernization. You'll work with Google Cloud services like VertexAI, BigQuery, BigTable, Spanner, Dataflow, and Google Kubernetes Engine within a financial services context. The role requires expertise in High Performance Computing (HPC) applications, data analytics, and globally scaled databases.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of experience in financial services software/systems engineering, along with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. You'll need strong technical skills combined with excellent communication abilities, as you'll be creating technical assets, facilitating discussions with customers, and delivering presentations to various stakeholders.
