The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience with technical infrastructure, systems automation, and implementation. Knowledge of networking fundamentals and experience with Linux/Linux Kernel is essential. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT-related field (or equivalent experience) and involves about 20% travel.

  • Perform day-to-day troubleshooting and resolution of infrastructure issues
  • Respond to tickets/bugs within team-defined service-level objectives (SLOs)
  • Interact with internal development organizations
  • Contribute to existing documentation or educational content
  • Participate in the 24x7 on-call rotation to support escalations

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT-related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 5 years of experience with technical infrastructure (deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting)
  • 5 years of experience with systems automation, and systems design and implementation
  • 5 years of experience in Kubernetes (preferred)
  • Experience with Linux/Linux Kernel
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, Routing, VLANs, Load Balancing, etc.)
  • Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (TS/SCI) clearance (preferred)
