Your role will involve troubleshooting infrastructure issues, participating in customer and partner activations, and supporting a 24x7 on-call rotation.
Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, 3 years of experience with TCP/IP and networking concepts, and proficiency in scripting languages like Bash, Perl, Python, or Ruby. You should also have experience with Linux, Kubernetes, or other relevant infrastructures.
