Tech Lead, Software Engineering, Black Community Inclusion

Google is seeking a Tech Lead for Software Engineering with a focus on Black Community Inclusion in Brazil. This role combines technical leadership with Google's commitment to diversity and inclusion. The position requires an experienced software engineer who can lead development of large-scale distributed systems, APIs, Search Ranking systems, and ML systems. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of software development experience, strong leadership capabilities, and fluency in both English and Portuguese.

The role involves working on critical projects at Google, with opportunities to impact billions of users through various technologies including information retrieval, distributed computing, system design, security, AI, and natural language processing. As a Tech Lead, you'll be responsible for technical direction, mentoring team members, and delivering high-impact software solutions.
