Description For Technical Program Manager, HR Engineering, Core Project Management Organization

Google's HR Engineering team is seeking a Technical Program Manager to join their Core Project Management Organization. This role is crucial in building and maintaining the systems used to hire, grow, and retain Google's talent. The ideal candidate will bring 5 years of technical program management experience and a strong background in coordinating cross-organizational technical programs.   • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 5 years of experience in technical program management, coordinating cross-organizational technical programs
  • Experience in helping teams measure and improve operational excellence, product excellence, equity, and accessibility
  • Experience with human resources technology process/industry
  • Excellent leadership, people, and communication skills
  • Excellent program management fundamentals on technical cross-functional projects
  • Excellent problem-solving, agreement discussions, and organizational skills
