Technical Program Manager Intern, BS/MS, Summer 2025

Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager Intern for Summer 2025. This internship is designed for students in their penultimate academic year pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field. As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects using your engineering expertise. You'll plan requirements with internal customers and guide projects through the entire lifecycle, managing schedules, identifying risks, and communicating with stakeholders. The role requires a blend of technical knowledge and leadership skills, as you'll be involved in explaining analyses to executives and discussing technical trade-offs with engineers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Working with Google Engineering teams to design, develop, implement, launch, and support services
• Developing and executing plans under time constraints, optimizing for cost, schedule, and features
• Collecting and analyzing relevant data to inform decision-making
• Facilitating broad collaboration through clear communications and documentation

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience with programming languages such as Java, C/C++, Go, or Python
• Leadership experience in entrepreneurial efforts, outreach, or project management
• Analytical and solution-oriented approach
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills

The internship requires full-time availability for 12 weeks and is open to students attending degree programs in the US. English proficiency is essential due to Google's global nature. The US base salary range for this position is $80,000-$106,000, with additional factors such as location, skills, and experience determining the final offer.
