Description For Technical Program Manager, NPI Operations Business Process

Google Cloud is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead their NPI Operations Business Process team. This role combines technical infrastructure expertise with program management, focusing on new product introduction from launch to mass production. The position offers an opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in Google's cloud infrastructure division, managing complex cross-functional projects and implementing transformation processes.

The role requires deep expertise in hardware and manufacturing supply chain processes, working closely with Contract Manufacturers (CM) and Joint Development Manufacturers (JDM). You'll be responsible for developing and qualifying new manufacturing processes, utilizing your understanding of supply chain tools and techniques specific to infrastructure and server products.

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you'll leverage your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from inception to completion. The role involves significant stakeholder management, risk identification, project scheduling, and cross-functional communication. You'll need to be equally comfortable presenting analyses to executives and discussing technical tradeoffs with engineers.
