Google Cloud is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer specializing in AI/ML to join their team. This role combines technical expertise in AI/ML with customer-facing support responsibilities. You'll be working at the intersection of Google Cloud's cutting-edge AI technologies and enterprise customer needs, helping organizations successfully implement and optimize their AI/ML solutions.

Responsibilities For Technical Solutions Engineer, AI/ML (English)

  • Assist customers in adopting generative AI and AI-powered experiences across GCP portfolio
  • Troubleshoot and determine root causes for customer-reported issues
  • Work with key customers on production deployments
  • Act as consultant and SME for internal stakeholders
  • Work as part of global support team, including non-standard hours/shifts

Requirements For Technical Solutions Engineer, AI/ML (English)

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience
  • 4 years of experience reading/debugging code in a general purpose coding language
  • Experience with Linux/Unix systems, from kernel to shell, file systems, and client-server protocols
  • Experience troubleshooting technical issues in AI/ML application tech stack
  • Fluent English communication skills
