Description For UX Program Manager, Ads UX Strategy and Insights

Google's UX Programs & Operations team is seeking a UX Program Manager specializing in Ads UX Strategy and Insights. This role combines program management expertise with UX passion to improve products used by billions. The position involves working within Google's advertising ecosystem, focusing on market analysis, user experience enhancement, and data-driven decision-making.

The role sits within Google Ads, which powers the open internet by connecting people, publishers, and advertisers through innovative advertising solutions. You'll be part of a multi-disciplinary UX team including Designers, Researchers, Writers, Content Strategists, and Engineers, all dedicated to creating user-centered products that deliver value for both users and Google's businesses.

As a UX Strategy and Analytics Program Manager, you'll shape advertising products through comprehensive market analysis, competitor research, and cross-product insights. You'll plan projects, define milestones, assess risks, and ensure deadlines are met while working closely with various UX disciplines and cross-functional partners.

Requirements For UX Program Manager, Ads UX Strategy and Insights

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 4 years of experience in program management within design or UX organizations
  • 3 years of experience analyzing and interpreting data and translating information into insights
  • Experience with UX disciplines and user centered development tools and methodologies
  • Experience with SQL or R
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets
