Google is seeking a Web Solutions Engineer Lead for their YouTube Business Technology Support Systems team. The position offers a competitive base salary range of $180,000-$267,000 plus bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits.

The role requires an experienced engineer with at least 9 years of experience in building and testing APIs and web applications, along with significant experience in large systems design and integration. As a technical leader, you'll be responsible for managing solutions that make YouTube more efficient, working at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and creative content delivery.

Key responsibilities include designing and implementing enterprise-level system integrations, ensuring data flow across various platforms, and leading technical solutions that meet Google's enterprise technology standards.
