Software Engineer (Salesforce), Government Digital Transformation

GovTech, Singapore's lead agency for Smart Nation initiatives and public sector digital transformation, is seeking a Senior Salesforce Software Engineer for their Government Digital Transformation team. This role focuses on modernizing the SSNet system at the Ministry of Social Development & Family (MSF). The position requires extensive Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components development. As a key member of an agile team, you'll be responsible for developing custom solutions, integrating with third-party systems, and ensuring best practices in Salesforce development.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, particularly with Service Cloud, and holds Salesforce Platform Developer certification. Strong technical skills combined with excellent communication abilities are essential, as you'll be working closely with business stakeholders to validate requirements and provide Salesforce solutions.
