Senior MLE-MLOps Engineer

Growth Accelerator Staffing B.V. is offering a unique opportunity for experienced MLOps and Machine Learning Engineers to transition into freelance consulting. Since 2014, they've specialized in helping DataOps, MLOps, and GitOps professionals secure consulting projects with prestigious companies like Heineken, KLM, ING, Vattenfall, and Randstad Group.

The role focuses on robotics and sustainability initiatives, working within a Data & AI Competence Centre. You'll be responsible for professionalizing the data platform and data science applications, handling both batch and streaming data from various sources. The position involves transforming existing products into data-driven cloud solutions and participating in innovative use cases to drive company innovation.

What makes this opportunity unique is their startup accelerator program, which helps you transition to freelancing while maintaining your current employment. You can earn approximately €10,000 monthly (75% of the hourly rate), with two freelancing options available: one with traditional entrepreneurial risks and another as a payrolled freelancer with full benefits.
