Description For GenAI Platform Engineer II

GSK's Onyx Research Data Tech organization is seeking a GenAI Platform Engineer II to join their innovative team. This role is part of GSK's mission to leverage advanced AI and GenAI applications for developing transformational medicines using genetics, functional genomics, and machine learning. The position sits within the GenAI Engineering team, which focuses on developing first-in-class GenAI capabilities at scale, including complex agent architectures, LLM training, and optimized deployments.

The ideal candidate will contribute to building next-generation, metadata- and automation-driven data experiences for GSK's scientists, while working on best-in-class AI/ML and GenAI environments. You'll be responsible for key components of the GenAI Platform, focusing on usability, reproducibility, and performance at scale. The role requires expertise in Python, cloud technologies, and modern software development practices.

  • Bachelor's, Master's or PhD degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline
