Hadrian, a company that builds software-defined high-precision component factories for top aerospace companies, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer - Factory Development to join their team in Los Angeles. This critical role involves advancing manufacturing capabilities through strategic project management, system building, and innovative problem-solving.

The ideal candidate will take ownership of critical projects, perform root cause analysis, lead system improvements, and drive the introduction of new processes and assets. They should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant STEM field (or equivalent experience), 2-3 years of manufacturing experience, and a proven track record in project execution and problem-solving.

Key responsibilities include project execution, root cause analysis, system building, and asset and process introduction. The role requires a combination of technical expertise, project management skills, and a commitment to finding pragmatic solutions.

Hadrian offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $150,000 per year, along with benefits such as 100% coverage of platinum medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans, 401k, relocation stipend, and a flexible vacation policy.

Responsibilities For Manufacturing Engineer - Factory Development

  • Take ownership of critical projects from inception to completion
  • Perform detailed root cause analysis to understand underlying issues
  • Lead the development of early, pragmatic solutions for factory improvements
  • Lead the redesign of existing processes and introduction of new processes and assets

Requirements For Manufacturing Engineer - Factory Development

Python
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a relevant STEM field (or 5 years of leadership experience in a high-intensity production environment)
  • 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing role
  • Experience in developing and implementing production processes/systems in a high-growth environment
  • Proven track record of project execution in a manufacturing setting
  • Demonstrated proficiency in solving deep technical or operations problems
