Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack)

Healia is revolutionizing health insurance for dual income families through their innovative Total Care Option (TCO). As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of building and scaling their digital health insurance platform. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on people's lives by improving healthcare accessibility and affordability.

You'll work cross-functionally with product, operations, and sales teams to develop critical features and architect core platform components. The role encompasses full-stack development, from crafting frontend interfaces to designing scalable backend APIs. Key responsibilities include owning end-to-end feature delivery, defining system architecture, managing infrastructure and DevOps, and collaborating with clinical teams to translate user needs into technical solutions.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of full-stack development experience and excels at building dynamic web applications. You should be passionate about clean code, comfortable with ambiguity, and skilled at both technical execution and stakeholder communication. Experience with TypeScript, React, NextJS, Postgres, and AWS is advantageous.
