Developer with Replit Experience

HelpFlow, a established remote staffing company with a decade of experience, is seeking a Developer with Replit Experience to join their team. This role focuses on building and supporting their innovative AI-driven system for businesses working with Virtual Assistants. The company is transitioning from a functional prototype to a web application using Replit Agent V2, aiming to create a hybrid MVP/basic V1 platform.

The ideal candidate will work during US Business Hours and will be instrumental in developing complex functionality within Replit, collaborating on planning, and ensuring system reliability. Key responsibilities include implementing complex functionality in Replit Agent V2, adapting Product Requirements Documents to align with Replit's capabilities, and ensuring the system's reliability for day-to-day operations.
