R&D Engineer – Software Developer, Fullstack Developer

Hitachi Energy Poland is seeking a Senior Software Engineer with Full Stack background to join their R&D team in developing their digital IoT platform. The role involves working in an agile team setup in a Global Environment, collaborating with colleagues in Poland, Sweden, and India. The position focuses on developing breakthrough technologies that transform industry operations.

The ideal candidate will be instrumental in designing and developing software systems for asset monitoring solutions, implementing scalable architectures, and ensuring code quality through reviews and best practices. The role requires expertise in both frontend and backend technologies, with a strong foundation in .NET, RDBMS, and modern web technologies like React.

Working in a cross-disciplinary team, you'll collaborate with product owners, project managers, and domain experts to define and prioritize software features.
