Senior Staff Full Stack Engineer

Honor Technology is seeking a Senior Staff Full-Stack Engineer to join their team working on the product that powers their operations team in delivering high-quality home care. This role requires someone who can thrive in ambiguity, tackle technical debt, and deliver innovative products that make an impact.

As a Senior Staff Full-Stack Engineer, you'll:

• Own end-to-end design and development of features in a full-stack environment
• Collaborate with product management and cross-functional teams
• Identify opportunities for unlocking insights and data-driven actions
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation
• Mentor and guide other engineers

The tech stack includes:

• Python, Thrift, MySQL, AWS
• JavaScript, React
• Looker, GitHub, DataDog

Required skills and experience:

• Strong proficiency in Python, React, and AWS
• Experience managing technical debt while delivering new features
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience working with distributed systems and cloud services
• Comfortable with frontend development and JavaScript frameworks
• Knowledge of microservice architecture and best practices
