Responsibilities For Lead Software Engineer
- Perform software engineering activities in all layers of the stack
- Work on problems of diverse scope and complexity
- Manage front-end development, back-end development, database integrations
- Handle network and hosting management, user interface, user experience
- Advise executives to develop functional strategies
- Build batch and attended RPA platform to enhance operational efficiency
- Reduce manual processes and improve accuracy in insurance claims processing
Requirements For Lead Software Engineer
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 8+ years of progressive IT experience as a senior developer for enterprise IT projects
- 2+ years of project leadership experience
- 5+ years Full Stack Engineering Experience on the .NET platform
