Job Description
IBMC is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to join their team in a remote capacity. This role focuses on building and maintaining high-quality web applications using modern frontend technologies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with React, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks like Remix and Next.js. Beyond technical skills, the role requires strong leadership abilities for mentoring junior developers and contributing to architectural decisions. The position offers the opportunity to work with international clients and collaborate across multiple teams including UI/UX, backend, and DevOps. Responsibilities For Senior Frontend Engineer
- Develop and enhance features for web applications, translating Figma mockups into responsive, interactive interfaces
- Write clean, scalable, and well-tested code for long-term maintainability and high performance
- Identify and fix bugs, performance issues, and inconsistencies in the frontend codebase
- Build and maintain reusable frontend components and tools
- Work closely with UI/UX designers to ensure implementation feasibility
- Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate frontend components with APIs
- Partner with product managers to understand project requirements
- Engage with QA/testers to ensure features are tested
- Coordinate with DevOps teams for deployment and monitoring
- Conduct thorough code reviews
- Provide technical mentorship to junior developers
- Participate in team ceremonies
- Contribute to technical discussions and architectural decisions
Requirements For Senior Frontend Engineer
- Professional proficiency in English is a must
- Minimum 4 years of experience in related role
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript
- Advanced knowledge of React and modern frontend frameworks
- Strong understanding of React Router V7
- Experience with Tailwind CSS
- Proficiency in Git
- Familiarity with E2E testing frameworks
- Knowledge of Server-Side Rendering (SSR)
- Experience with AWS cloud services and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal abilities
- Proven mentoring and leadership experience
- Effective time management and organizational capabilities
