Description For Intelligent Automation Developer

As an Intelligent Automation Developer in the GIS Data and AI team, you'll be responsible for developing and supporting automation solutions using UIPath, contributing to life-changing discoveries in healthcare. The role combines technical expertise in automation, AI, and software development with the opportunity to impact human health through genomic technology.

You'll work in an Agile environment, designing and implementing automation solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The position requires strong technical skills in application support, configuration, and integration, with a focus on UIPath and Microsoft Power Apps. Experience with AI/Gen AI applications, including LLMs and prompt engineering, is valued.

The ideal candidate brings 5-7 years of experience, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills. You'll be working in a regulated environment, requiring attention to detail and understanding of FDA compliance. Responsibilities For Intelligent Automation Developer

  • Design, implement, and test automation solutions in Agile scrum teams
  • Deliver software architecture, designs, and implementations
  • Create and execute unit tests to verify functionality
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software defects
  • Manage and support internal ticket escalations
  • Debug and resolve complex application issues
  • Manage application functionality updates, integrations, configurations, releases and security settings
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for best practices
  • Partner with IT resources in strategy, design, and improvement of applications services

Requirements For Intelligent Automation Developer

Python
  • Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science or engineering
  • 5-7 years of experience in technical and functional application support
  • Experience with UIPath and Microsoft Power Apps
  • Experience with AI/Gen AI applications (LLMs, Prompt Engineering) preferred
  • Strong technical experience in application administration
  • Experience in fast-paced, global, corporate environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • API and scripting experience
  • Change control experience in FDA regulated environment
