IMTF is a leading global RegTech company specializing in Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Fraud solutions, leveraging machine learning and data science for compliance automation. As a Technical Consultant/Systems Engineer, you'll be responsible for deploying and managing their enterprise software platform in customer environments. The role combines DevOps expertise with customer-facing responsibilities, requiring strong technical skills in Kubernetes, containerization, and various enterprise-grade technologies like Kafka, MongoDB, and ElasticSearch.

Responsibilities For Technical Consultant / Systems Engineer

  • Install and configure the full software platform at customer sites or cloud environments
  • Deploy and manage Kubernetes workloads using Helm charts
  • Install and configure third-party components in production-grade settings
  • Manage secrets, persistent volumes, ingress, certificates, and namespace isolation
  • Collaborate with client IT teams
  • Troubleshoot installation and runtime issues
  • Validate deployment through functional smoke tests
  • Document installation procedures and configuration changes

Requirements For Technical Consultant / Systems Engineer

Kubernetes

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerized applications
  • Proficient in Helm and Helm chart customization
  • Strong understanding of deploying and managing Kafka, MongoDB, and ElasticSearch
  • Solid knowledge of Docker, container networking, and container lifecycle management
  • Familiarity with TLS, Ingress controllers and certificate management
  • Experience using kubectl, helm CLI, and log analysis tools
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision in client-facing environments
