Senior Full Stack Engineer (Software Engineer IV)

The Senior Full Stack Engineer (Software Engineer IV) at Inductive Automation is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining innovative web applications. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading medium-to-large software releases
• Contributing to strategy, technical direction, and planning
• Working with stakeholders to deliver effective outcomes
• Participating in design reviews
• Managing the entire lifecycle of their code
• Collaborating within the team to solve problems
• Ensuring knowledge sharing
• Advising engineering management
• Assisting with recruitment and hiring
• Mentoring junior team members

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience as a full stack web engineer
• Strong experience with JavaScript, CSS, and HTML
• Experience with Python frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask)
• Proficiency in modern database technologies
• Understanding of RESTful APIs
• Experience with Git and AWS services
