ING Hubs Romania is seeking a skilled BI Developer to join their team in Bucharest. As part of a dynamic organization that provides services to 24 ING units worldwide, you'll be responsible for creating and maintaining various reports across different product lines including lending, transaction services, and financial markets. The role combines technical expertise in SQL Server, SSIS, SSAS, and Power BI with business intelligence acumen.

Responsibilities For BI Developer - WB COO @ING Hubs Romania
- Create and maintain reports across different product lines
- Work with Data Lake team for data ingestion
- Ingest data using SSIS
- Model data and prepare it for reporting with SSAS
- Create and maintain Power BI or SSRS reports
- Implement optimization mechanisms
- Propose new ways to present data
- Help with migrations to newer software versions
- Ensure proper data usage by enforcing risk rules
Requirements For BI Developer - WB COO @ING Hubs Romania
- More than 3 years of experience
- Good knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server 2016 or higher (SSIS and SSAS)
- OLAP Modelling exposure
- Experience with data warehouse, data modelling and reports
- Experience in reports presentation using Power BI
- Experience in dealing with large quantities of data
- Experience with pair programming and automated release management
- Advanced English language skills
- Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in an IT related field preferred
