Pega Engineer

ING Hubs Philippines (ING Hubs PH) is seeking a Senior Pega Engineer to join their dynamic team. As part of ING, a global bank serving 38 million customers across 40 countries, you'll be working in the Pega Manila Center of Excellence (CoE) that supports various business domains including Wholesale Banking and Retail.

In this role, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing complex Pega applications. You'll work within a squad alongside Product Owners, Squad Leads, and Junior Developers, contributing to strategic decisions and mentoring less experienced team members. The position requires collaboration with Customer Journey Experts and other stakeholders to ensure applications meet business requirements.

The ideal candidate brings 3-5 years of Pega development experience and deep knowledge of Pega rules, classes, flows, and data structures. While Pega certification (CSA/CSSA) is preferred, what's essential is your ability to design and implement Pega Case Types, understand integration techniques, and work effectively in an Agile/DevOps environment.
