Product Area Lead Developer Experience

The position sits within the tribe responsible for delivering core capabilities of the One Engineering System at ING, focusing on enhancing developer productivity, improving system performance, and establishing a collaborative engineering culture. As Product Area Lead, you'll be responsible for creating an optimal developer experience through automation, tooling, and establishing best practices.
