Support Engineer

The Support Engineer role is crucial in helping our technically-savvy customers implement Inkeep-powered AI assistants across their documentation, help centers, and applications. You'll work with our developer platform, which includes extensible UI components, AI and RAG APIs, and other developer-first primitives.

This position offers a unique opportunity to become an expert in AI system integration for customer experiences and internal workflows. You'll be hands-on with customers, helping them succeed in creating AI copilots, agents, and workflows on our platform.

The ideal candidate brings technical expertise in TypeScript and Python, along with strong communication skills. You'll be responsible for customer onboarding, creating technical documentation, and engineering AI-powered systems to enhance efficiency.
