Responsibilities For Sr. Developer, ServiceNow
- Design, develop, and implement complex solutions within the ServiceNow platform
- Perform advanced customization of ServiceNow platform
- Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems
- Ensure code quality and adherence to ServiceNow best practices
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
- Participate in code reviews
- Work with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements
- Participate in agile development processes
- Provide support for ServiceNow requests, incidents, changes and problems
- Monitor ServiceNow performance and identify areas for optimization
Requirements For Sr. Developer, ServiceNow
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and capabilities
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies
- Experience with ServiceNow APIs and integration methods
- Expertise in implementing and optimizing ITIL aligned processes
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
