Lead - QA Automation Engineer

Instawork is seeking a Lead - QA Automation Engineer to join their rapidly growing team in Bangalore. This role requires 8+ years of UI Automation testing experience, with a bonus for mobile automation (iOS/Android) using Appium and Selenium. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years as a Tech lead or Team manager, with a BS or MS in Computer Science or related field.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and mentoring a team of QA engineers
• Implementing automation tests for Web and Mobile platforms
• Hands-on coding (70% of time) with strong QA engineering fundamentals
• Creating test plans and maintaining the test case repository
• Overseeing feature releases and ensuring quality standards
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Driving innovation in QA automation using AI
