Responsibilities For Software Development Senior Engineer in Test (SDET)
- Design and review test cases and test scripts
- Define test case execution priority and impact analysis
- Implement and work with test management, defect management, performance, and automation tools
- Log issues and track until closure
- Communicate with project manager regarding project issues
- Work within an agile, self-organizing Scrum team
- Coordinate with engineers on Result and Defects Status
- Writing unit test for testing API and business layer
- Fixing Minor Defects Discovered During Testing
- Documenting API endpoints or services
Requirements For Software Development Senior Engineer in Test (SDET)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in software testing
- Experience with Selenium, TestNG, Junit, Nunit
- Knowledge in testing estimation techniques
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in English
- Database manipulation skills in SQL
- Knowledge of Agile development Methodology
- Knowledge about Cloud, ETL and DevOps Concepts
- Experience with BDD (Cucumber, SpecFlow)
- Advanced programming with custom exception, linq, dependency injection
- Proficient with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab)
- Experience with ORM frameworks
- Experience with mocking frameworks
- Understanding of data structures
