Lead Infrastructure Engineer

We're seeking a Lead Infrastructure Engineer to take complete ownership of our infrastructure operations, from cloud architecture to developer tooling.

This role represents a unique opportunity to shape the foundation of how we build, ship, scale, and observe our systems. As the Lead Infrastructure Engineer, you'll work hands-on with the team to make infrastructure a seamlessly integrated part of the engineering process. You'll be responsible for designing and maintaining scalable AWS infrastructure, implementing comprehensive observability solutions, and streamlining deployment processes.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience with cloud infrastructure at scale, particularly with AWS, and is proficient with Infrastructure as Code tools and container platforms. You'll need to demonstrate strong capabilities in observability implementation and distributed systems debugging. We're looking for someone who can not only execute technically but also lead and mentor others as we grow.
