The role demands expertise in memory design concepts (SRAM/RF/ROM), static timing analysis, and post-silicon analysis. You'll be responsible for developing methodologies for high-performance memory blocks operating at over 5GHz while optimizing for power and area. The position involves close collaboration with layout and floor planning teams, implementing new features, and managing clock distribution at various levels.
