Software QA Engineer

IntelliShift, a B2B SaaS company specializing in fleet management technology, is seeking an experienced Software QA Engineer to join their team. This remote position requires working in Eastern Time Zone hours and involves developing and executing automated tests to ensure product quality. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing and implementing tests, debugging, defining corrective actions, and providing feedback to the development team throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing comprehensive test plans and cases
• Identifying, documenting, and tracking bugs
• Performing functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
• Collaborating with product management and development teams
• Participating in all Scrum ceremonies
• Continuously improving testing strategies, tools, and processes

Required skills and experience:

• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Familiarity with SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum methodology
• Experience with test management software (e.g., TestRail, JIRA, DevOps)
• Knowledge of Behavior Driven Development (Cucumber or SpecFlow)
• Experience with version control systems and CI/CD tools
• Background in performance and security testing
• Mobile application testing experience
• B2B software testing experience
