Senior NOC Engineer

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and will be responsible for managing network operations, troubleshooting issues, and implementing security measures for their Enterprise Voice & Messaging platforms. This role offers the flexibility of remote work or the option to join the team at their HQ in Paphos, Cyprus.

Key responsibilities include monitoring network performance, resolving escalated issues, performing maintenance and upgrades, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of network protocols (SMPP, TLS, SS7 TCP/IP, VPN), experience with monitoring tools and SMS & Voice Switches, and excellent problem-solving skills.
