Principal Technical Program Manager

Intuit, a leading global financial technology platform, is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager to join their Global Business Solutions Group (GBSG). This role sits at the intersection of technology and business strategy, leading crucial platform initiatives that impact all products in the small business group, including QuickBooks Online, QB Money, and Payroll.

The position requires an experienced leader with 10+ years of complex software development project management, who can effectively navigate a matrix organization and influence at all levels. You'll be responsible for kickstarting and managing multi-organizational programs, creating structures that empower distributed teams, and driving continuous improvement across the organization.

As a Principal TPM, you'll work closely with Product Development, Product Management, Design, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment on high-priority programs. Your role will be crucial in defining operational standards, managing program dependencies, and maintaining executive-level communications.

The ideal candidate brings strong technical knowledge of web-based applications, outstanding communication skills, and proven experience in Agile/Scrum environments. This role offers competitive compensation, including a base salary range of $204,000-$276,000, plus bonus potential, equity rewards, and comprehensive benefits.
