Full Service is the premium service offering within TurboTax. It is a transformative experience that reimagines how an expert prepares and files taxes for a customer virtually, and gets their taxes done with complete confidence and max refund guaranteed. Customers love this offering - we are making a significant investment to grow it quickly and disrupt the market.

As a Product Manager 2 for a 2-sided service offering, you need to gain comprehensive understanding of how people, processes and technology interact and connect with one another. You will be a part of a cross functional team to identify customer needs and pain points, create the transformative service experience and translate them into actionable development plans - create concepts, prototype solutions, measure, iterate and manage end of end feature roll out and analysis, efficiently scale with speed and high quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate vision into strategy and an execution roadmap to deliver measurable outcomes aligned with objectives.
  • Partner with engineering, design, and tax partners to deliver experiences that touch both consumers and experts.
  • Understand how to deliver capabilities and experiences that will be shared across multiple personas and customer archetypes.
  • Create learning plans to identify and test the biggest hypotheses to drive KPIs and success metrics.
  • Identify new opportunities based on customer and competitive research, industry trends and best practices.
  • Create and maintain momentum, helping teams move forward swiftly and with rigor, a learning mindset, and a bias toward action.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and usage data to identify opportunities for improvements and new feature development.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years designing and delivering world-class software products in a Product Management role.
  • Proven track record of delivering results that impact critical business 2-sided network experience is a plus.
  • Experience working with legal, compliance, and regulatory partners to deliver complex technical solutions.
  • Strong ability to analyze and interpret data to inform decisions.
  • 'Can do' attitude with an entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Insanely curious, with strong attention to detail and self-awareness.
  • Bachelor's degree required with a focus in computer science, business or equivalent experience.
