  • Define and deliver on durable requirements for building Generative AI-driven user experiences
  • Work with content, conversational AI, and digital delivery teams on scaling best practices
  • Partner with Product Managers to understand requirements and priorities
  • Take a data-driven approach in defining success metrics and prioritizing requirements
  • Drive execution and delivery by managing dependencies across teams
  • Create momentum with entrepreneurial grit and bias for action
  • Drive product roadmaps using customer research and data backed insights
  • Run experiments and interpret data to fail fast and learn fast
  • Share domain knowledge and mentor others

Requirements For Staff Product Manager, Digital Experiences - Community

  • 5+ years designing and delivering platform products in Product Management
  • Experience in developing personalized, contextually relevant experiences
  • Experience with AI and data-driven improvements
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Undergraduate degree in computer science, engineering, math, or related technical discipline
  • Track record of working closely with customers and partners
  • Experience in managing end-to-end product lifecycle
  • Proven experience with multi-quarter roadmap execution
