Staff Software Developer

Intuit is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join their PDX AppFabric team, specifically for the AppFabric Shell Service Team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global financial technology leader that powers prosperity for approximately 100 million customers worldwide through products like TurboTax, Credit Karma, QuickBooks, and Mailchimp.

The role focuses on managing backend infrastructure and services that power all Apps across Intuit for server-side rendering and providing critical infrastructure for teams to leverage in running their apps. As a Staff Software Engineer, you'll be working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Experience Design, QA, and Operations.

The position requires strong technical expertise with 8+ years of programming experience in Java or NodeJS, along with knowledge of front-end technologies and cloud computing. You'll be responsible for designing and implementing features that improve user experience, while engaging directly with customers to understand their needs. The ideal candidate should have exposure to AWS stack and experience with Mobile development, Cloud computing, and SaaS.
