As a Mid-Level Analytics Engineer on our team, it's essential that you:

• Develop and maintain data pipelines in a scalable manner.
• Contribute to our architecture and infrastructure, ensuring an environment with good performance that drives data use in decision-making.
• Help build good practices and processes for data governance, visualization, metric creation, and data literacy within isaac.
• Build data monitoring processes to ensure quality and availability.
• Have the ability to make data-driven decisions and influence stakeholders.
• Can interpret complex data and present information clearly and convincingly.
• Structure ambiguous business problems into data-driven solutions.
• Can communicate and work well in multidisciplinary teams.

For the work we do here, it's super important that you have the following hard skills developed:

• Proven experience in SQL, data modeling, and data governance principles
• Solid knowledge of data transformation tools (dbt, dataform)
• Knowledge of Python and data analysis libraries (e.g., pandas, matlib)
• Development of dashboards and data visualization tools (e.g., Metabase, Looker, Power BI, Tableau)
• Knowledge of workflow orchestration with Airflow

It will be a differential if you have:

• Knowledge of cloud computing (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure)
• Knowledge of infrastructure as code
• Knowledge of CI/CD
• Experience with self-service analytics
