Protein Engineer (Biologics Design)

Isomorphic Labs is a new Alphabet company reimagining drug discovery through a computational- and AI-first approach. We are seeking a Protein Engineer to join our team in London, focusing on the design of macromolecule-based therapeutics. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the cutting edge of 'digital biology', contributing to groundbreaking innovations in drug discovery.

As a Protein Engineer, you will:

• Apply molecular biology knowledge to engineer antibodies
• Deliver protein/antibody engineering strategies for biologics discovery programs
• Analyze and interpret data, relaying information to project teams
• Liaise with external CROs/partners to deliver defined work packages

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least a BSc in molecular biology or related discipline
• Extensive experience in protein/antibody engineering strategies
• Working knowledge of protein expression for therapeutic biologics discovery
• Solid understanding of CROs offering protein engineering services
• Experience in multidisciplinary large molecule drug discovery teams
• Excellent communication skills
