Backend Azure Developer

Jabil is seeking a Senior Backend Azure Developer to join their team for a 5-month contract position. This role is part of a transformative Azure cloud project designed for commercial needs, focusing on conference room functionality and device management for major global corporations like Facebook, IBM, Google, and international banks.

The position involves working with a suite of XiO Cloud tools for remote registration and management of customer devices. You'll be part of an agile team of approximately 30 professionals, split into smaller groups of 5-7 members, each with distinct roadmaps and features to deliver. The structure is cross-functional, including developers, testers, and DevOps engineers.

As a Backend Azure Developer, you'll be responsible for designing and developing Azure-based containerized applications, creating proof of concepts, and maintaining existing backend products. The role requires extensive experience with C#, .NET Framework, and Azure services, including AKS, PaaS services, Service Bus, and Service Fabric.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of commercial experience, strong knowledge of microservice architecture, and expertise in both SQL and NoSQL databases. You must be able to work during US Pacific Time Zone hours and collaborate effectively in a distributed team environment.
